I’ve Got You Mama
Are you a mama who loves fiercely but sometimes feels overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure if you’re doing enough? Do you long to feel more joy in your daily life—not just someday, but right now? You are not alone, and this space was created just for you.
Welcome to The I’ve Got You Mama Podcast. I’m Maria—a master certified coach, author, speaker, founder of The Joyful Reinvention, mom of six, and brand-new grandma (Lita!). I’ve walked the messy, beautiful, and stretching seasons of motherhood, and I know how easy it is to put yourself last, lose sight of your own joy, and wonder if you’re getting it “right.” My passion is helping women feel well in body, mind, and spirit while stepping into lives they’re wildly obsessed with, full of purpose, connection, and joy.
In this podcast, you’ll find encouragement, practical tools, and whole-person wellness strategies to help you step out of overwhelm and into more peace, intention, and fulfillment. Together, we’ll explore how to care for yourself, build resilience in your mind and emotions, nurture meaningful connections, and reconnect with passions that light you up. Some episodes will be just you and me, mama-to-mama, and at times I’ll invite expert guests to share wisdom that supports your journey.
This is your safe space to lay down the weight of comparison and self-doubt, and instead, pick up confidence, calm, and clarity. Because you deserve to enjoy your life now—not after the to-do list is finished, not when the kids are older, but in this very season.
So grab a cozy drink, take a deep breath, and join me here each week. Together, let’s create more joy, balance, and intention in your life and motherhood—’cause I’ve got you, mama.

Hey mama, If you’ve ever worried that choosing rest will make you fall behind or if choosing growth means you’re setting yourself up for burnout, you’re not alone. I’m really glad you’re here.
Do you ever feel like you want to move forward… but you’re already tired?Like part of you wants to stretch, learn, and become more, while another part of you is craving margin, quiet, and a chance to breathe?
What if it’s not an either/or?What if growth and rest were never meant to compete, but to carry each other?
In this episode, I’m sitting down with my friend and doodle coach, Michelle Keil, for an honest, grounding conversation about how growth and self-care can actually exist together even in full, demanding seasons of life.
We talk about the difference between performance-driven growth and becoming-focused growth, why self-care doesn’t have to be one more thing on your to-do list, and how slowing down might actually be the fastest way forward.
This episode is part of the I’ve Got You Mama podcast - a show for moms and women who want to care for their whole self, live with intention, and find joy without pressure or burnout.
This conversation is for women (especially moms) who still want to grow but don’t want to lose themselves in the process. My hope is that you walk away feeling encouraged, steadied, and reminded that you don’t have to choose between rest and forward movement.

Hey mama!
If the excitement of a new year has already faded — and you’re wondering how to keep going without pressure — this episode is for you.
This is a January conversation, meant to meet you right where you are, and help you re-enter your goals and intentions with wisdom instead of urgency.
Have you already caught yourself thinking, “I should be further along by now”?
Did you start the year with good intentions — but feel tired, unsure, or discouraged now?
Have you ever wondered why motivation feels so unreliable, even when you really want change?
Do you want to move forward intentionally — without starting over or pushing harder?
In this episode of the I’ve Got You Mama podcast, we talk about what happens after the January hype fades — and how to continue moving forward without pressure, guilt, or starting over.
This episode is part of the I’ve Got You Mama podcast — a show for moms and women who want to care for their whole self, live with intention, and find joy without pressure or burnout.
I share why motivation isn’t reliable, why so many women quietly give up on goals in January, and what it looks like to re-enter your life and intentions with awareness instead of urgency. This conversation is about learning how to work with yourself — your mind, habits, and energy — so growth becomes sustainable and life-giving.

Hey mama!
If you’ve ever found yourself reflecting on a season of growth and thinking, “That changed me more than I realized,” this episode is for you.
Today’s conversation is about intentional reflection — not comparison — and learning how to carry wisdom forward without dragging old patterns with us.
Have you been through a season that stretched you — and you’re not quite sure what to take with you into what’s next?
Do you ever feel like you’re growing, but still unsure how to move forward without burning out?
Have you wondered whether rest, joy, and progress can actually coexist?
Do you want to design a life that lights you up — without abandoning yourself in the process?
In this episode of the I’ve Got You Mama podcast, I’m reflecting out loud on what I’m intentionally taking with me into a new season — and what I’m choosing to leave behind.
This episode is part of the I’ve Got You Mama podcast — a show for moms and women who want to care for their whole self, live with intention, and find joy without pressure or burnout.
I share lessons around saying yes before feeling ready, trusting joy as a guide, understanding the body and nervous system, redefining rest, and learning how to grow without crashing. This conversation is honest, grounded, and deeply human — focused on becoming wiser and more intentional as we move forward, not doing more or pushing harder.

Hey mama!
If you’ve been feeling like life is full but somehow still feels rushed, heavy, or disconnected — you’re not alone. I’m really glad you’re here.
Do your days ever feel like something you’re just getting through instead of truly living?
Have you noticed yourself moving on autopilot — managing responsibilities but craving more presence or joy?
Do you love the idea of a fresh start but feel tired of pressure-filled “new year, new you” expectations?
Have you ever thought, “I don’t want my life to feel like something I’m just surviving”?
In this first episode of the I’ve Got You Mama podcast, I’m sharing what it means to live awake — choosing presence, intention, and joy in the life you already have.
This episode is part of the I’ve Got You Mama podcast — a show for moms and women who want to care for their whole self, live with intention, and find joy without pressure or burnout.
This conversation is for women (especially moms) who are tired of living on autopilot and craving a gentler, more intentional way forward. I talk about why fresh starts aren’t owned by January, how pressure can turn growth into performance, and why real transformation happens in the everyday moments — not just at the finish line.
My hope is that you walk away feeling grounded, encouraged, and reminded that you’re not behind, and that joy isn’t something you earn later, but something you can begin inviting right now.

Hey mama!
If you’re feeling like you’re carrying a lot — doing all the right things, showing up for everyone else, and still running on empty — I want you to know something right away: you’re not alone, and you’re in the right place.
This trailer is a gentle introduction to what I’ve Got You Mama is all about — and who it’s here for.
Do you ever feel like you’re stuck on a hamster wheel — busy all day, but disconnected from yourself?
Are you running on fumes, telling yourself you’ll rest after the next thing is done?
Do you love your family and your life, but quietly wonder if there’s a more joyful, intentional way to live?
Are you craving growth, clarity, or purpose — without pressure, hustle, or fixing yourself?
Have you ever thought, “There has to be a gentler way to do this”?
Welcome to I’ve Got You Mama — a podcast created for high-responsibility women and moms who are ready to stop living on autopilot and start living with intention, joy, and wholeness.
In this show, I share a mix of solo episodes and guest conversations centered on whole-self wellness — caring for your body, mind, and heart so you can design a life that truly lights you up.
This isn’t a podcast about doing more or becoming someone else. It’s about learning how to work with yourself instead of against yourself — moving forward without pressure, growing without burnout, and finding joy in everyday life.
Each episode is designed to leave you feeling grounded, encouraged, and less alone — whether that means a fresh perspective, a gentle reflection, or simply the reminder that you’re not behind and it’s okay to move at a human pace.
